Founded in 1989, Cholamark Boat has long been a pillar of Phuket’s marine industry, renowned for its craftsmanship in rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) made from Hypalon/Neoprene with fiberglass or aluminum hulls. Now in its seventh edition, the Jai-Dee Regatta was first held in 2019 as a grassroots initiative to provide local sailors with a friendly, affordable lead-up to the prestigious Phuket King’s Cup Regatta. “Jai Dee,” meaning “generous” in Thai, reflects the event’s ethos of community, sportsmanship, and accessibility.

The regatta kicks off with registration and weigh-ins on the evening of Friday, November 21, followed by three days of competitive keelboat and multihull racing. Beyond the action on the water, PYC will host a small series of social events celebrating Phuket's vibrant sailing culture.
