Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026
Dear Members
The 2026 AGM is scheduled to start from 18.30 on Friday 15th May 2026 and will be held at the club
premises at 52/25 Moo 9 Soi Pornchalong, Chaofa Road, Tambon Chalong.
Thai buffet
starting after the AGM will be available for members in attendance.
We would like to see as many paid-up eligible members (Members) attend as possible but if you
cannot attend, please take the time to submit your Proxy or Absentee vote.
Weekly Rollover Draw
Will take place as usual with the rollover prize standing @ 5,500thb
Absentee and proxy votes of Members must be notified to PYC Secretary by email at least twenty-
four (24) hours in advance of the AGM
