DESCRIPTION:Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025\nFriday 6th June 2025 - 6.30pm onward\n\nFree Thai buffet for members\n\nFollowed at 20:00 by the Austin Blues Band								 		Dear Members\nThe 2025 AGM is scheduled to start from 18.30 on Friday 6th June 2025 and will be held at the club premises at 52/25 Moo 9 Soi Pornchalong\, Chaofa Road Tambon Chalong.\nA Thai buffet starting after the AGM will be available for members in attendance.\nWe would like to see as many Members attend as possible but if you cannot attend\, please take the time to submit your Proxy or Absentee vote. Absentee and proxy votes must be notified to the Club Secretary by email at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the AGM.\n\nThe agenda will be as follows:\n· Commodore’s Report\n· Treasurer’s Report\n· Sailing report\n· Additional items (if any)\n· Resignation of current committee\n· Election of new committee and commodore\nOnly fully paid-up eligible members can vote\, so please make sure your membership fees (due 1st April 2025) are paid in advance of the AGM.
