Absentee and proxy votes must be notified to the Club Secretary by email at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the AGM.\n\nThe agenda will be as follows:\n· Commodore’s Report\n· Treasurer’s Report\n· Sailing report\n· Additional items (if any)\n· Resignation of current committee\n· Election of new committee and commodore\nOnly fully paid-up eligible members can vote\, so please make sure your membership fees (due 1st April 2025) are paid in advance of the AGM.
