Where’s the monohulls?

Due to many other commitments, just one monohull ‘Slainte Math’ was on the water along with a compliment of five Multihulls were racing on Sunday on what was a very warm and sunny Phuket day.

Adrenalin showed the fleet a clean pair of heels to lead all round the racecourse and eventually finish third on handicap.

Galeforce stuck to her task well and with Kiril calling the shots and spinnakers going up and down nicely, they were rewarded with second place on handicap.

The winner of the multihull section, however, was the Corsair tri the Sting.
Improving with every outing they are proving to be a worthy combatant on the race course.
In the monohull race, it’s great to see the new boat Slainte Math on the track, getting used to the race course and management and deserve the clubs plaudits for being on the water.
Race seven will take place on the 28 th of May and again all members and non-members are welcome.

There’s more news coming later in the week with the introduction of an Annual Corporate membership and also news of a Club fun day out on June the 5th.

In the meantime with the early bird deadline looming for the Multihull Solutions Regatta why not get over and register now.
